I lead national initiatives that design and deliver programs bridging the gap between job seekers and workplaces, ensuring that both individuals and organizations thrive.

My work involves close collaboration with employers, policymakers, and community organizations to shift perspectives, remove systemic barriers, and create tangible pathways to employment equity.
