How We Make Change.
Neurodiversity Change Foundation (NCF) focuses on systems change, not surface-level awareness. We work where harm occurs—inside institutions—and support measurable, sustained transformation.
1
Designing Practical Frameworks
We develop actionable, scalable frameworks that address safety, access, and equity in real operational contexts. Programs such as CareSafer™ translate lived experience and research into concrete tools institutions can implement.
2
Embedding Change in Institutions
NCF partners directly with healthcare providers, employers, educators, and public systems to redesign processes, policies, and training. We focus on implementation—not one-off workshops or symbolic commitments.
3
Advancing Applied Research
We engage in community-informed and collaborative research to identify systemic barriers, evaluate interventions, and strengthen the evidence base for neuroaffirming practice.
4
Building Capacity and Accountability
Through training, consultation, and technical support, we help organizations move from intention to action—establishing clear responsibilities, metrics, and feedback loops.
5
Protecting Neurodivergent Knowledge
Our programs are developed and licensed with care to ensure fidelity, sustainability, and respect for intellectual property. This protects the integrity of neurodivergent-led innovation and prevents dilution or misuse.
6
Centering Those Most Affected
We work alongside neurodivergent adults—particularly those who are marginalized, excluded, or labeled “complex”—to ensure solutions reflect real needs and lived realities.
