"I’m Honeyleen Gayon, a student of HR Learning & Development at CalBright College and a proud mom to my eight-year-old son, who has Autism. Recently, I had the opportunity to partner with the Neurodiversity Change Foundation through Riipen on a retail inclusion project. This experience was eye-opening, bridging the gap between my studies and my personal life. It gave me a deeper understanding of neurodiversity and the 'bigger picture' of our children’s future. Driven by this mission, I’ve decided to dedicate myself to the foundation, continuing to provide support and advocacy to help neurodivergent individuals thrive in every field they pursue."
